1. Acceptance of the Terms of Exploration

By accessing or using WinMore Canopy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Exploration. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WinMore Brassworks Ltd.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Service is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Any accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately terminated.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.

4. Virtual Economy: The Aether Cogs Framework

WinMore Canopy utilizes a virtual currency called "Aether Cogs" (ATC). Aether Cogs are awarded through gameplay, daily logins, and promotions. You acknowledge that Aether Cogs are a virtual item designed solely for use within the Service.

5. Explicit No-Real-Money Guarantee

WinMore Canopy is a free-to-play social casino. Aether Cogs have absolutely NO real-world monetary value. They cannot be purchased, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, real-world goods, or any other tangible reward under any circumstances. Success in our games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Cheat Prevention

You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or manipulates the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: using automated scripts, bots, or exploits; attempting to reverse-engineer the games; creating multiple accounts to farm Aether Cogs; or harassing other explorers. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and narrative assets (including the "Aether Canopy" world, game visuals, and text) are and will remain the exclusive property of WinMore Brassworks Ltd. and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WinMore Brassworks Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Sydney, NSW.
